The judging process for the Women In Sales Awards Asia will start with an initial short listing of the nominations based on the information given in the application. A carefully selected panel of judges will determine the top finalists in each category.
Finalists will be notified and invited to be interviewed by the judges. This will be done via telephone conference or video conference where finalists can be in a relaxed environment. They will be judged on a set criteria based on (but not limited to) Attitude + Skills + Process + Knowledge + Commercial acumen + Ability to achieve targets etc.

Please note judges must have a minimum of 18+ years sales experience and in a senior position within their company.
